AP ADCET Notification 2022

AP ADCET Notification 2022 schedule of operations released today by Minister of Education Botcha Sathyanarayana, in Vijayawada. The evaluation notice will be out on July, and applications online will start as scheduled on 20th Aug 2022 onwards The final deadline for submitting applications is 3rd Aug 2022, and the deadline for submitting applications with a late Rs 500 fee is 8th Aug 2022.

Andhra Pradesh Art and Design Entrance Examination (AP ADCET) is conducted annually by the Dr. YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University, Kadapa. Candidates are also told that AP ADCET will be a 2 hour computer-based review of MCQ style questions in General Knowledge, Art & Communication Skills, Technical details of Applied Art, Painting, Sculpture, Animation, Photography, Art History, Design skills. The exams will take place, as previously announced by Dr.Dr. YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University, Kadapa, from  02 July 2022

Candidates can expect a declaration of the results of AP ADCET 2022 on  Aug 2022. Candidates will access tickets to the Hall from the official Aug, 2022 website. The final date for submitting an application for AP ADCET 2022 with a late fee of Rs 1,000 is Aug 10, 2022.

“Andhra Pradesh Art and Design Entrance Examination Entrance Exam 2022” This examination, known as AP ADCET 2022, is conducted by Dr.YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University, Kadapa on behalf of APSCHE. but it still needs to go through these points for the candidates
who are new to this:

Local / Non Local: Applicants wishing to join AP Adcet 2022 will
belong to Andhra Pradesh / Telangana province.
Candidates will meet the requirements of local / non-local status,
as set out in the Andhra Pradesh / Telangana.
Order on Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission),
1974 as amended thereafter (see Annex III).

Nationality: Candidates holding OCI (Overseas Citizen of India),
PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) and Indian Nationality
cards are eligible to take this adcet test.

Syllabus

General Knowledge, Art & Communication Skills, Technical details of Applied Art, Painting, Sculpture, Animation, Photography, Art History, Design skills

Eligibility 

Candidates who have passed 10+2 in any group or Equivalent Courts are eligible to appear for ADCET-2022

Age:

(A) In the case of BFA & B.Design,
applicants should be 16 years of age as of 31 December
of the year of admission. There is no maximum age limit.
b) In BFA (Painting, Sculpture, Animation, Applied Arts, Photography/Arts History) & B.Design (Interior Design), for all candidates and 25 years for Scheduled
Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates, candidates should have
reached 17 years of age as of 31 December of the admission
year and an upper age limit of 22 years as of 31 December of
the admission year.

For BFA Course:

Painting, Sculpture, Animation, Applied Arts, Photography/Arts History

For B.Design Course:

Interior Design

i. Candidates should have passed or appeared as an option to
the Board of Intermediate Education for the final year of
Intermediate Examination (10 + 2 pattern) with Physics,
Chemistry, and Biology;Andhra Pradesh / Telangana or any
other test approved by the Intermediate Education Board,
Andhra Pradesh / Telangana as equivalent to this or should
have passed or appeared in the final year of the
Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Board of Technical Education
and Training Diploma Examination or any other examination
approved by the Board of Intermediate Education as equivalent to this,
Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
ii. Candidates will achieve at least 45 percent marks in the
specified subjects taken together in the qualifying examination
(40 percent in the case of candidates belonging to the reserved category).

iii. As of 31 December of the year of admission to
the above course the candidates should have reached 17 years of age.

Qualifying Exam: Needs to pass any recognized board in
Intermediate or equivalent. Appearing candidates:
The students who appear for the final year are also eligible
to apply for the exam. How ever passing certificate is
mandatory to be admitted.

How to apply for Andhra Pradesh Adcet 2022:

• The following information must be kept ready for
  filling the details during Online submission:

1. 1. Hall ticket Number of Qualifying Examination
   2. Hall ticket Number of S.S.C. or equivalent
   3. Date of Birth
   4. Caste in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
   5. Aadhar Number
   6. PH, NCC, Sports etc.
   7. Income Upto One Lakh or Up to Two Lakhs or More than Two Lakhs (Rupees)
   8. Ration Card
   9. Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)

• If you make payment via online mode, then click on
  “Click here to Pay Online using your Credit/Debit Card”
  link and Pay the fee. or you can pay at AP ONLINE / TS ONLINE.
• After filling the Online Application Form with the required
  details,the candidate is required to verify all the details carefully
  and press Submit button. Filled in Online Application Form will
  be generated which contains Registration
  Number along with filled in details.
  The candidate is required to take printout of Filled In
  Online Application Form and it is to be submitted to the
  Invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent
  color photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer
  or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination.
• If you make payment via online mode, then click on

• After filling the Online Application Form with the required details,

  (size should be less than 15 KB) in a JPEG format.
• Verify all the filled-in details and click on “SUBMIT” button.
• Take a printout of the application form for future use.
• Other Information required for filling Online Application
• Recent passport size digital color photograph
  (file size less than 30 KB and .jpg file format)
  of candidate for uploading (whose photograph
  is not available in Intermediate databases)
• Digital Signature of the candidate (file size less than 15 KB and
  .jpg file format) of candidate or uploading (whose Signature is
  not available in Intermediate databases).
• Regional Center to which candidate wishes to appear for
  AP ADCET-2022 examination.
• Gender (Male / Female).
• Non-Minority / Minority
• Mobile Number of the candidate.
• E-mail of the candidate.
• Place where Studied – Municipality / Corporation or Rural area in SSC and Intermediate.
• The candidate has to submit the “FILLED IN ONLINE ADCET 2022
  APPLICATION FORM” to the invigilator in the Examination Hall on
  the day of the APADCET-2022 exam. Also, affix a recent color
  photograph (3.5cms x 3.5cms) in the box provided (Bottom / Left side)
  on the “FILLED IN ONLINE ADCET 2022 APPLICATION FORM”
  and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the
  college where studied.
• The candidate belonging to SC / ST category has to submit the
  attested “CASTE CERTIFICATE” along with the FILLED IN
  ONLINE APPLICATION FORM” to the Invigilator on day of the
  AP ADCET-2022 exam in the Examination Hall, in case, the
  Application number of his/her Caste Certificate is not provided
  at the time of the Online submission of the Application.

Local Status of Students Migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh

A candidate who migrates from the State of Telangana
to any part of the State of Andhra Pradesh within a period
of FIVE years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be considered
a local candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh at the place of
his residence and shall be treated on an equal footing with the
local candidates residing in that area;In compliance with the guidelines
which may be provided by the Andhra Pradesh
Government for the purposes of education.

Candidates claiming local status in Andhra Pradesh (AU / SVU)
by virtue of their migration from Telangana State shall send
a scanned copy of Tahsildar’s local status certificate issued in
Form-III along with their registration number / ADCET hall ticket
number to the email Address.

Important point helps you about “AP ADCET 2022 Application Form”

Until submitting application forms the students are asked to
carefully read the following points:

1. AP ADCET Exam Dates 2022 are available online only and
   will be available from 07th of Aug 2022. So, don’t
   be late in submitting forms
2. If you get late, here we share you the last date for submitting
   application form in the 03rd Aug 2022
3. If you have submitted the form with some wrong information,
   you can re-correct them before the last correction date
   shared by the university.
4. After re-checking the application, submit the form completed in all respects
5. If you submit the online form after the date. You need to play the
   late fee along with it as shared by us in above table
6. The students need to pay the application fee either by debit/credit card or online mode
7. Online Mode needs many information like birth date,
   father-mother name, passing year, transaction id,
   the name of candidate etc.
8. It is advised to visit your allotted Examination Center
   well before so that you can take examination tension free.
9. The candidate will not be allowed to take the examination even if late by 1 minute.
10. The candidate does not have option of choosing specific date /
    session to appear for the AP ADCET-2022 entrance examination.
    This information is known to him / her only after downloading Hall Ticket.
    For any reason if the candidate fails to appear in the given slot,
    he / she is treated as absent.
