AP PGCET Notification 2024

AP PGCET Notification 2024 schedule of operations released today by Minister of Education in Vijayawada. The evaluation notice will be out on April, and applications online will start as scheduled on 1st April to 4th May 2024. The final deadline for submitting applications is 4th May 2024, and the deadline for submitting applications with a late Rs 500 fee is 15th May 2024, with a late Rs 1000 fee is 25th May 2024

Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Entrance Examination (AP PGCET) is conducted annually by the Andhra University, Visakhapatnam on behalf of APSCHE). Candidates are also told that AP PGCET will be a 1 hour 30 Minutes computer-based review of MCQ style questions in Related topics. The exams will take place, as previously announced by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam , from  10th June 2024 to 14th June 2024.

Candidates can expect a declaration of the results of AP PGCET 2024 on  June 2024. Candidates will access tickets to the Hall from the official 31st May, 2024 website. The final date for submitting an application for AP PGCET 2024 with a late fee of Rs 1,000 is 25th May, 2024.

Local / Non Local: Applicants wishing to join AP Pgcet 2024 will

Candidates will meet the requirements of local / non-local status,

1974 as amended thereafter (see Annex III).

Nationality: Candidates holding OCI (Overseas Citizen of India),
PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) and Indian Nationality

How to apply for Andhra Pradesh Pgcet 2024:

• The following information must be kept ready for
  filling the details during Online submission:

1. 1. Hall ticket Number of Qualifying Examination
   2. Hall ticket Number of S.S.C. or equivalent
   3. Date of Birth
   4. Caste in case of SC/ST/BC candidates
   5. Aadhar Number
   6. PH, NCC, Sports etc.
   7. Income Upto One Lakh or Up to Two Lakhs or More than Two Lakhs (Rupees)

   9. Study or Residence or relevant certificate for proof of local status (last 12 years)

• If you make payment via online mode, then click on

• After filling the Online Application Form with the required
  details,the candidate is required to verify all the details carefully
  and press Submit button. Filled in Online Application Form will
  be generated which contains Registration
  Number along with filled in details.
  The candidate is required to take printout of Filled In
  Online Application Form and it is to be submitted to the
  Invigilator during the examination after affixing a recent
  color photograph duly attested by the Gazetted Officer
  or Principal of the College where studied qualifying examination.

• After filling the Online Application Form with the required details,
  the candidate is required to verify all the details carefully and

• Verify all the filled-in details and click on “SUBMIT” button.
• Take a printout of the application form for future use.

• The candidate has to submit the “FILLED IN ONLINE PGCET 2024
  APPLICATION FORM” to the invigilator in the Examination Hall on
  the day of the AP PGCET-2024 exam. Also, affix a recent color
  photograph (3.5cms x 3.5cms) in the box provided (Bottom / Left side)
  on the “FILLED IN ONLINE PGCET 2024 APPLICATION FORM”
  and get it attested by a Gazetted Officer / Principal of the
  college where studied.
• The candidate belonging to SC / ST category has to submit the
  attested “CASTE CERTIFICATE” along with the FILLED IN
  ONLINE APPLICATION FORM” to the Invigilator on day of the
  AP PGCET-2024 exam in the Examination Hall, in case, the
  Application number of his/her Caste Certificate is not provided
  at the time of the Online submission of the Application.

Local Status of Students Migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh

A candidate who migrates from the State of Telangana
to any part of the State of Andhra Pradesh within a period
of FIVE years from the 2nd day of June 2014 shall be considered
a local candidate in the State of Andhra Pradesh at the place of
his residence and shall be treated on an equal footing with the
local candidates residing in that area;In compliance with the guidelines
which may be provided by the Andhra Pradesh
Government for the purposes of education.

Candidates claiming local status in Andhra Pradesh (AU / SVU)
by virtue of their migration from Telangana State shall send
a scanned copy of Tahsildar’s local status certificate issued in
Form-III along with their registration number / PGCET hallticket
number to the email Address.

Until submitting application forms the students are asked to
carefully read the following points:

1. AP PGCET Exam Dates 2024 are available online only and
   will be available from 01-04-2024 to 04-05-2024. So, don’t
   be late in submitting forms
2. If you get late, here we share you the last date for submitting
   application form in the 4th May 2024
3. If you have submitted the form with some wrong information,
   you can re-correct them before the last correction date
   shared by the university.
4. After re-checking the application, submit the form completed in all respects
5. If you submit the online form after the date. You need to play the
   late fee along with it as shared by us in above table
6. The students need to pay the application fee either by debit/credit card or online mode
7. Online Mode needs many information like birth date,
   father-mother name, passing year, transaction id,
   the name of candidate etc.
8. It is advised to visit your allotted Examination Center
   well before so that you can take examination tension free.
9. The candidate will not be allowed to take the examination even if late by 1 minute.
10. The candidate does not have option of choosing specific date /
    session to appear for the AP PGCET-2024 entrance examination.
    This information is known to him / her only after downloading Hall Ticket.
    For any reason if the candidate fails to appear in the given slot,
    he / she is treated as absent.
